The EXTRA 7100 Vario BX mower conditioner is available as both SemiSwing steel tine and roller version. Both versions shares the same 9.8-10.2m working width, three-bladed discs and the QuattroLink racecar suspension with easily adjustable ground pressure.

Master Headlands
When activating mowing units for headland lift, an integrated belt boost is automatically activated, to empty the belts before they are raised, leaving a clean, tidy headland. Once raised the belts automatically stops until mowing units are lowered again, keeping fuel consumption to a minimum.
Automatic Adjustment of Belts
Depending on crop conditions the BX belts can be positioned in different operating heights, to deliver the crop on top of the swath done by the front mower. Belts are raised or lowered hydraulically on-the-go. Additionally belt speed is automatically matched to the actual working width, ensuring the same uniform swath width
Swath Belt Quick Coupler
To further strengthen its’ versatility the 7100 Vario BX is optionally available with swath belt quick coupler solution, making it possible to dismount the two BX belts in less than 10 minutes. With ISOBUS capability the system recognises when BX belts are connected, making them automatically available on the terminal.
